What is CLEAR?
When participating CLEAR, your full commitment is important. Successful outcomes will be determined by your participation and attendance. You must be committed to changing some behaviors and learning techniques and skills necessary to living a better, healthy life.
The program consists of five core skill sessions with optional menu sessions and a wrap-up session. Each session is designed to teach essential processes and behavioral skills (positive self-talk, reframing, countering against negative thoughts, and relaxation).
How does CLEAR work?
You will meet every week with a counselor who will work with you to build new positive skills and behaviors, with an options of 6 menu sessions to chose from, and a wrap-up session. As you complete each session successfully, you will receive incentives.
If at any time you cannot keep your weekly appointment you should contact your counselor reschedule.
