Serenity, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS in central Virginia and the greater Richmond area. Our mission is to empower and stabilize our clients through comprehensive support, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives while managing their health.
  
We offer a range of client services designed to stabilize and support individuals living with HIV/AIDS, including:  ​​​

• HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS): Provides housing assistance to ensure stable living conditions.  

• Ryan White Program: Offers comprehensive support services, including medical care and support.     

• Group Meetings: Facilitated support groups to help clients manage living with HIV/AIDS.   

• Case Management: Personalized assistance to navigate health and social services.  

• Referrals: Connections to additional resources and services.  

• Testing: HIV testing and related health screenings.  

• Employment Support: Help with job search and employment-related challenges.  

• Risk Reduction Support: Strategies and education to minimize the risk of HIV transmission.  

• Food Pantry: Access to essential food items.  

• Transportation: Assistance with transportation to and from appointments and services.  

• Assistance with Documentation: Support in completing applications for Medicaid, SNAP, Virginia ID cards, birth certificates, and recertification for government and community services.   ​​​​​
